Return Policy

Due to the specialized nature of our products, LILIKOI Innovation maintains a no-return policy unless a return is specifically authorized by LILIKOI headquarters.

Special Return Authorization

• Return requests must be submitted to info@lilikoi.com
• If approved, the customer will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• All items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Custom or modified items are not eligible for return.
• A restocking fee may apply.
